Admissions

Choosing a school for your child is an important decision and should be handled as such. The following steps outline our procedure for determining if CCCA is a good fit for each student and family and will also ensure CCCA can meet the needs of your child.

Visit the School

We welcome all prospective students and parents to visit CCCA. Tours are available with an appointment by calling our school office. During this meeting you will be given a welcome packet including a school brochure, welcome letter, tuition breakdown and prospective student form. You can also pick up this welcome packet anytime at the CCCA or church office. During the tour you will have the opportunity to see the school auditorium, lunch canteen, computer lab and specific classroom for the grade your child would be entering. You’ll also be able to ask any question you may have.

The next step in the process will be to complete and turn in the prospective student form. Please note: you can forego this tour if you’d like and simply complete the prospective student form.

Application Interview

Once we’ve received the prospective student form, we will schedule a second more in depth meeting. This meeting will include the prospective student and both parents. During this meeting we will do a more detailed review of each student and family’s current academic needs and CCCA’s mission, strategy, policy overview and requirements. Each family will be given an Admissions Application Packet which includes an admissions application and several other forms. The admissions application and additional forms need to be completed and turned in with the $50 admissions application fee to continue the application process.

Enrollment

Once the admissions application and additional forms are completed and turned in along with the $50 application fee, the student’s academic record will be reviewed by the admissions committee. All admissions are pending available space in each individual classroom. You will be contacted with any additional questions or academic testing that may need to be done. Pending the completion of any additional testing, you will be notified of admission status within 72 hours. Registration information will be provided upon acceptance.
